  • All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 working days. Sundays and national holidays are not considered working days.
  • If you do not receive your product within 7–10 days of placing your order, please email us at info@pdsbysneha.com.
  • All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website; however, discrepancies may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will dispatch the items that are available and contact you to confirm whether you would prefer to wait for the remaining items to be restocked or receive a refund for the unavailable items.
  • There may at times be a delay in delivery, as we may need to procure products from our suppliers before shipping to you. You will be informed of any such delay, and we will proceed only upon receiving your consent to either delay the order or process a refund.
  • PDS by Sneha is not responsible for any damage to an order while in transit to the buyer.
  • In the event of a delivery delay, our courier partner or our team will contact you to provide the reason for the delay.
  • Once your order is processed, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition. After passing a final round of quality checks, it is carefully packed and handed over to our trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of placing your order.
