No Returns or Refunds

All sales at PDS by Sneha are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to ordering, please contact us at info@pdsbysneha.com.

Alterations and Customisations

In place of returns, we offer alterations and customisations on all eligible Goods. We want you to feel your best in every piece you purchase from us, and we are committed to ensuring the right fit and finish.

To be eligible for an alteration or customisation request:

  • You must submit your request within 7 days of receiving your Order.
  • The Goods must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Requests must be submitted by contacting us directly at info@pdsbysneha.com or through pdsbysneha.com/contact-us, clearly describing the alteration or customisation required.

We reserve the right to assess each request individually and will confirm feasibility upon review. Alterations and customisations are carried out at our discretion based on the nature of the garment and the request.

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 48 hours of placing it, without giving any reason for doing so.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement before the 48-hour window has elapsed. You can do so by:

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
